更新时间:2025-11-04 点击数:

The common causes and solutions for KUKA robot malfunctions are as follows:

1. Electrical system malfunction

Power issue

Check the status of the power module indicator light and whether the output voltage is normal. If the power module is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.  ‌

The power cord needs to be replaced if it is aged or damaged to avoid poor contact and malfunction.  ‌

Communication malfunction

Prioritize checking whether the communication cable connection is stable and whether the interface is oxidized.  ‌

If the communication interface board is damaged, it needs to be replaced and the communication parameter settings should be checked for correctness.  ‌

Overheating protection

Poor heat dissipation or high ambient temperature can cause overheating faults. It is necessary to check the heat dissipation device and optimize the working environment.  ‌

2. Mechanical system malfunction

Servo motor malfunction

Abnormal vibration or noise may indicate rotor damage. It is necessary to disassemble and inspect the surface wear or winding condition, and replace the rotor if necessary.  ‌

Incorrect reduction ratio setting or leakage of the balance cylinder can result in inaccurate positioning, requiring parameter adjustment or component replacement.  ‌

Control cabinet malfunction

Circuit board short circuit or component damage requires professional inspection and repair to avoid further damage.  ‌

Mechanical structural damage (such as bearing wear, gear fracture) needs to be repaired or replaced.  ‌

3. Other common questions

Touch screen abnormality: flashing firmware or replacing touch screen components.  ‌

Zero point loss: Check the status of the EDS data carrier to ensure that zero point information can still be maintained after shutdown.  ‌

It is recommended to regularly maintain the equipment, optimize the working environment, and standardize the operating procedures to reduce the occurrence of malfunctions
