      Secondly, due to the dispersed production scale of domestic light industry, when the demographic dividend was enjoyed in the past, the cost of factory personnel was much lower than the automatic transformation of production lines, and the willingness of enterprises to transform automated production lines was not obvious;


      In addition, the flexibility of humans in the production process is something that machines cannot catch up with in a short time.

      Take the packaging of mooncakes for example. The workers on the assembly line can easily distinguish the front and back of a mooncake. When packaging, they only need to flexibly adjust the placement of the mooncakes, but in the automated production line, they need on-board machine vision recognition. For example, when people pack cartons by hand, the boxes are harder and softer, which does not affect the final packaged products. Flexible handling of them during the packaging process is sufficient. However, if it is machine packaging, the quality of the carton is required. Because machines can't adjust their strength every time, they have to use cartons of the same thickness.


      However, with the disappearance of the demographic dividend in China's society, more and more enterprises' management generally reflects the difficult dilemma of recruitment. In addition, many research college students who are newly employed every year in China "disdain" to engage in education-related personnel work, which aggravates the dilemma that labor-intensive enterprises cannot recruit workers. In addition, because people are also vulnerable to the analysis of physical health factors or the changing emotions in the production and operation process, the production efficiency is also reduced.
